Legal Services as General Counsel and Special Counsel
As Co-General Counsel to Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority, consults with and advises the board on all legal matters, including, real estate acquisition and condemnation issues, procurement and contractual matters, including professional services contracts and construction contracts; litigates matters as required;
As special counsel to Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, litigate a matter involving expansion of a state-permitted land fill;
Represented private owners and localgovernment units as plaintiff’s and defense counsel in matters involving breach of contract and negligence claims against architects and construction contractors, including construction of public schools, sewer lines, detention facilities, and water ands sewer treatment plants.
